Privacy Policy

Antikvitke.net is a joint portal for several dealers in Art, Antiques & Design. These dealers are referred to here as: exhibitors. Netordre supplies the systems that run both antikvitke.net and these exhibitors' shop functions, and as a result, the privacy policy for all these exhibitors is defined here from Netordre.dk Aps. In the following, the visitor to the website is referred to as: the guest.

Netordre processes the guest's personal data responsibly and in accordance with the Personal Data Act. We never collect sensitive personal data and only process your collected personal data to deliver and document your purchases from our exhibitors.

Your data will not be disclosed to third parties without your permission, unless authorities require it to be disclosed.

Collection and processing of personal data
In our webshop, we only collect personal data when it is necessary in connection with your purchase. We collect the following personal data when you make a purchase:

  • Your full name
  • Your order's delivery address
  • Email
  • IP number of the internet connection you are shopping from.
  • Telephone number
  • Payment information

When collecting, processing and using your personal data, we always comply with all relevant legal provisions. We only retain your personal data for as long as we have a legal obligation to do so, or for as long as you wish.

Basis and purpose of processing
We only collect your personal information when you complete a transaction in our webshop. This is solely so that the exhibitor can complete the order and send you the item. We collect your email address and telephone number so that we can send you an order confirmation and provide information about shipping, and so that we can easily contact you if the need arises in connection with your order.

When you pay for your order on the checkout page, we collect your name and IP address. This information is only used and stored in connection with the payment process and to fulfill the agreement entered into.

If you do not wish to provide the required personal data to complete an order/purchase, you cannot unfortunately purchase products on our webshop, as we cannot then deliver them to you.

Deletion/preservation of personal data and purchase data.
Our rules on deleting orders are largely driven by our need to comply with Section 10 of the Danish Accounting Act. We have no interest in keeping your data for longer than you wish. Conversely, the majority of our guests enjoy being able to document their purchases many years ago, and for these we will ensure proper storage of their data.

You can delete your entire account , which means you will no longer be able to log in and see your completed orders. Log in to your account and complete the “delete my account” procedure from here. Please note that orders that are younger than 5 years old will still be visible to the individual exhibitor. Orders that are older than 5 years old and belong to a deleted account will be automatically deleted completely from our database.

You can delete individual orders . Log in to your account, and when an order is more than 5 years old you can select "delete order history" at the order level.

Other recipients of personal data
We will never share your personal data with third parties.

The payment gateway in our system is what you use if you choose to pay by card or mobilepay. That is NOT if you choose cash on delivery or bank transfer. The payment gateway we use is Quickpay.

Your rights
If you are registered in our webshop system, you naturally have the right to know what information we have registered in our system. As mentioned above, you can view, delete or correct your personal data yourself. You can also delete order data that is more than 5 years old, but you cannot delete or correct order data that is younger than 5 years.
